If you change your mind, for any reason, simply return the item to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact us before returning any items as we have returns paperwork which we will send to which should accompany any return.
Items returned under our 14 day ‘change of mind’ policy must be unused and in perfect, re-sellable condition; products must be boxed with all original packaging. Returned goods should be sent by registered post or courier. You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. Goods cannot be returned to us outside of 14 days unless they are faulty or our item description is incorrect in our marketing materials / on our website.
Unless otherwise agreed, Euro Energy Resources Ltd undertake to replace or refund the costs of, materials which are found to be defective in respect of work or materials within 12 months of the date of delivery, subject to examination by us and at our sole discretion. Where a factored item is supplied, the warranty will mirror the terms given by the original manufacturer. However, this is subject to the customer having strictly complied with the instructions for the use of the material and if any special, unusual or abnormal use of the materials is contemplated or carried out by the customer such special, unusual, or abnormal use must be known in writing to Euro Energy Resources Ltd at the time of order to enable Euro Energy Resources Ltd to prepare and supply any special instructions consequent upon such use and failure by the customer to comply with such special instructions shall render this guarantee inoperative.
If goods have been ordered due to an incorrect item description in our marketing materials / on our website, we will exchange the goods; or provide a full refund.
Euro Energy Resources Ltd will not consider any claim for shortage of delivery or damage in transit unless notice is given by 3pm the following day following receipt of goods. No claim in respect of non-delivery of goods will be considered unless written notification is given to Euro Energy Resources Ltd within 10 days from receipt of invoice. In respect of the Goods. In this condition, time shall be deemed to be of the essence. Parcels received in a damaged condition should be refused and Euro Energy Resources Ltd advised.
Our products carry a one-year warranty, provided they are used and maintained in conjunction with the correct equipment, and in accordance with given instructions and our terms and conditions. Smart batteries, lithium products and Checkmate battery capacity testers, power supplies and printers carry a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Original products mirror the terms given by the original manufacturer – this may be less than 12 months depending on the manufacturer.
