Euro Energy Data Privacy Notice – Compliance with GDPR May 15th 2018

This Privacy Notice forms part of Euro Energy’s compliance with GDPR 25th of May 2018.

Euro Energy Resources Ltd ‘Euro Energy’ is committed to protecting your privacy and takes its responsibilities regarding the security of user information very seriously. What Personal data we collect

Why does Euro Energy need to collect and store personal data?

Will Euro Energy share my personal data with anyone else?

We may pass your personal data on to third-party service providers contracted to Euro Energy in the course of dealing with you. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil the service they provide you on our behalf. This includes but is not limited to, arranging deliveries, event registration and subscription fulfilment. When they no longer need your data to fulfil this service, they will dispose of the details in line with Euro Energy’s procedures. What forms of ID will I need to provide in order to access this?

Euro Energy requires that 2 forms of identification are provided and at least one must include a photograph. The following forms of ID are accepted:

  • Passport
  • Driving license
  • Birth certificate
  • Utility bill (from last 3 months).

All Data Subjects have the right to lodge a complaint about how their Personal Information is processed with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO), though we would ask in the first instance that you contact Euro Energy to resolve any complaint you may have.
