Euro Energy renew JOSCAR accreditation for 2020/21

Despite the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, it’s ‘business as usual’ as Euro Energy renew JOSCAR accreditation for 2020/21

In preparation for when current restrictions are lifted, Euro Energy has recently renewed JOSCAR accreditation for another year.

As a cross-sector collaborative compliance solution by HELLIOS, JOSCAR reduces the time, cost, resources and duplication often needed to provide information to major customers – particularly in the Defence sector. Holding common supplier data in a central system allows the information to be accessed by all participating buying organisations quickly and in a simple format.

The service is subscribed to by Babcock, Qinetiq, Selex, Textron, BAE Systems, and many more, and contains the data of more than 6000 members of their supply chains.

JOSCAR covers such areas of compliance as Business Continuity, Counterfeit Products/Material, Environmental & Sustainability, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Health & Safety, Import/Export, Insurances & Third Party Certifications, IT Security, Labour Standards & Human Rights, Modern Slavery, Product Safety & Supply Chain Quality.
