As part of Euro Energy's policy to continue offering a greater range of products over time, we are pleased to present the Alpha UPS range. We have teamed up with a respected manufacturer, and this builds on the company's experience of supplying replacement UPS batteries to the medical sector.
There are two distinct ranges that we can now offer.
These include True On Line and Line Interactive UPS. All have different characteristics but are designed for specific uses including healthcare applications or simply back up for office equipment.
Additional modules can be added to ranges to provide extended run times where time is critical.
True On Line UPS - AlphaMED UPS & Pinnacle Plus UPS
Line Interactive UPS - ALI Elite UPS
True On Line UPS
This range provides continual power from an inverter, which smoothes the mains supply and also provides back-up and switches within a few milliseconds of a fault occurring. Where the requirement is to protect critical applications, then a True On Line UPS is the answer. We can offer the AlphaMED and Pinnacle Plus series for this range.
The AlphaMED Series is available in a 3000VA tower option.
Clean, safe reliable power is critical to the health care industry. The AlphaMED is the answer. Designed to meet and exceed the safety standards set by UL and CSA, the AlphaMED ensures clean, reliable power when operating with unstable utility power sources, and provides the lowest leakage current in the industry. Sophisticated medical equipment such as that used in operating theatres, intensive care units and other health care devices need optimal power protection, as well as a low audible noise level. The AlphaMED external battery packs greatly extend the backup time. In addition, the AlphaMED satisfies the most stringent output regulations by providing the protected equipment with pure sine wave power within one percent of the nominal voltage requirement under typical loads.

The Pinnacle Plus series is available from 700VA to 10000VA in a tower option and 700VA to 6000AV on a rack-mount option.
The Alpha Pinnacle Plus Series provides safe, clean and reliable power protection for computer, telecom and other mission critical equipment. The state of the art DSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology of the Pinnacle Plus Series provides pure sine wave and zero transfer time backup power. Both RS-232 and USB ports are available to provide two-way communication to local workstations, servers and with the optional network SNMP interface card full network communications are available. Additional features include: Programmable Load Segmentation making it possible to save battery power for the most critical equipment, fax and modem surge protection, high efficiency mode, multiple language LCD display and (DC Power on) cold start. Advanced battery management, system diagnostics and user "hot swap" battery replacement capability ensures continuous power availability.

Line Interactive UPS
Operating in a totally different way to True On Line UPS ranges, Line Interactive UPS monitors the mains supply and switches within a few milliseconds of a fault occurring. It is also known as 'Buck and Boost UPS'.
The ALI Elite series is available in either a rack-mount or tower option. Available from 600VA to 3000VA in a tower option and 800VA to 2000VA in a rack-mount option.
The ALI Elite Series is a fully microprocessor controlled, line interactive AVR technology UPS with pure sine wave output providing safe, clean and reliable power to your sensitive electronic equipment. Features include fast battery recharge capability, input frequency auto sense and optional external SNMP interface.
Typical applications include small servers, work stations, CAD/CAM stations, telephone systems and general office or industrial equipment. Advanced RS-232 interface combined with AlphaMon complementary software features local utility power and UPS graphical display status, controlled system shut-down, remote administrator alert, utility power quality log and scheduled system shut down/reboot. The ALI Elite Series is fully compliant to international safety and EMC standards and offers a quality cost effective solution to your power needs.
