Quality Standards
Batteries are manufactured within the framework of BS EN ISO 9001: 2000. Therefore when a battery is designed for a specific customer use, the quality standards to which we work ensure a consistent quality of battery is manufactured.
Customer Relationships
Relationships with our customers have developed over many years and are built on trust and experience. Our philosophy is to work closely with the customer to design and develop the right solution that meets or exceeds their expectations in terms of cost and performance. Today we have many long-standing business relationships. Our customer retention rate remains high with many projects completed successfully over the years. Our technical team is always prepared to arrange a meeting at a mutually beneficial location to discuss requirements further.
Complete Project Management
Euro Energy Resources can provide a complete project management service. This involves anything from initial consultation, design and sourcing of components, through to production, analysing and testing of the product through to delivery of finished product.
Sampling will always be provided on a new project if required by the customer. Any sample requests will normally be despatched within a week of receipt of order and may be provided free of charge, at the discretion of Euro Energy Resources. We have strong relationships with our suppliers and work with them to source the correct battery and critical components to ensure a project is completed successfully. In addition, with the large volumes that we purchase, we are able to achieve economies of scale, and we can pass this onto the customer providing the best value for money.
Design of Batteries
Custom packs can be designed in many configurations, anything from simple shrink sleeved designs through to complex designs requiring electronics design, chargers, injection moulding, vacuum formed, injection moulded and fabricated cases, castings, and ultra sonically welded cases.
Types of Battery
The batteries that we offer for use in packs vary in chemistry, but we can offer a wide range of primary (non-rechargeable) batteries and secondary (rechargeable) batteries. This enables us to build:
- NIMH Battery Packs
- NiCd Battery Packs
- Lithium Battery Packs, including Li-ion and Lithium Polymer Battery Packs
- Sealed Lead Acid Battery Packs
