Euro Energy battery packs are manufactured within the framework of BS EN ISO 9001. Therefore when a battery pack is designed for a specific customer use, the quality standards to which we work ensure a consistent quality of battery is manufactured.

Complete Project Management

Euro Energy Resources can provide a complete project management service. This involves anything from initial consultation, design and sourcing of components, through to battery pack production, analysing and testing of the product through to delivery of finished product.

Sampling will always be provided on a new project if required by the customer. Any sample requests will normally be despatched within a week of receipt of order and may be provided free of charge, at the discretion of Euro Energy Resources. We have strong relationships with our suppliers and work with them to source the correct battery and critical components to ensure a custom battery project is completed successfully. In addition, with the large volumes that we purchase, we are able to achieve economies of scale, and we can pass this onto the customer providing the best value for money.

Design of Batteries

Custom battery packs can be designed in many configurations, anything from simple shrink sleeved designs through to complex designs requiring electronics design, chargers, injection moulding, vacuum formed, injection moulded and fabricated cases, castings, and ultra sonically welded cases.
